OWC RADiO – Jacob Young, Still Working after 2000+ Episodes of Television and Multiple Awards

Jacob Young, multiple Emmy-nominated actor

(2024-02-25, Charleston, SC) Jacob Young starred in over 2,000 TV episodes and numerous films, beginning at a very young age on soaps. One role that garnered him international celebrity was as Luke and Laura’s son on the General Hospital! We wanted to share his story with OWC listeners because this is truly an example of a “good guy winning,” He remains humble, shrugging off the fact that People Magazine featured him on its cover as the world’s sexiest man, and he has found success in TV, Film, and Music. Why did he choose to leave LA/NYC, and what is important to him in his life now? (Yes, it’s his family.) His career is blossoming, he is supporting Boys Town, inspiring high schooler with his partner Trent Garrett and their company, Next Generation Storytellers, and teaching acting. Our host, Cirina Catania, says she is proud to be his friend, and we are grateful to be able to share his story with you!
